5. The compensation fund committee, formed by the board of directors under paragraph 2 of section 86.0.1 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26), examines the claims against the fund, makes recommendations to the executive committee for claims exceeding $50,000 and decide claims not exceeding $50,000.
